Just call her Arc~

Finally produce something after all these while...
I was think for drawing an anthro with a big wavely cape and long floaty hair carrying a weapon and here is the outcome xD
Overall i am generally please with the result ... and yeah... one of those rare moment i draw a dress like gear and just purely drawing something epic for a change :3

i really like how the hair and cape turn out for this one ^q^
